Mom shares fun and easy recipes using tortillas that your kids will go bonkers over

Even the pickiest eaters will LOVE these! They all look so delicious! ๐Ÿ˜‹

Everyone loves a good burrito. If only they weren’t hard to make. That’s why we order them when we can. And don’t get me started on tacos.

When it comes to snacks or side-dishes, it’s hard to beat good old Mexican tacos. But what if there was a way you could prepare them yourself?

Well, Webspoon World seems to have the answer for us. Homemade Mexican cuisine without a hassle? Sign us up

1. Tortilla roll pizza

First up is a tortilla roll pizza, which I don’t think many of us have heard before. You’ll first want a pan warmed up to a barely heated state, and place some slices of chorizo on it.

Thinly slice some tomatoes and layer them on top of the sausages as they fry. And then add some cheese, preferably a kind that melts easily. Add eggs seasoned with salt and pepper, pour it on the mixture, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then serve. Doesn’t that just look mouth-watering?

2. Crispy tortilla corned-beef

Spread some minced meat on a roughly 50 millimeter thick tortilla spread. Give it some seasoning with salt and pepper and whatever other seasonings of your choice. Heat a pan, and this is where you’ll fry the tortilla with the meat-side down

Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Then flip it over and add corn and mozzarella cheese. Fold it in half, and let it cook until you see a golden brown on the tortilla. Then serve.

3. Quadro-tortilla

This one will take some marinated cucumbers, barbecue sauce, bacon, cheese, and onions. Slice them into rings, and you can also marinade them in boiling water with vinegar.

Slice the tortilla cleanly and shallowly down the middle forming two half circles. Then spread barbecue sauce evenly over just one half, leave the other bare. Add onion and cucumbers on the corner.

Add bacon and cheddar cheese to the other half. Then fold the tortilla in this pattern: fold one half-circle in half, turning it into a quarter of a circle, then fold that quarter into the next quarter, and so on until you’re left with a folded up quarter circle

The layered structure will make the flavors come together spectacularly. Pan fry on each side for 3-4 minutes, cut it open, and serve.

4. Tortilla breakfast pizza

Begin thinly slicing some onions, and in a bowl, whisk an egg and add a tiny bit of sriracha sauce. I must warn you, though, that making this recipe might upset some of your Italian friends.

Next up, let the tomato slices cook lightly on a dry pan. Pour the egg and sriracha mixture over it to make the foundation. Along comes the tortilla, over the top.

Flip it over and add the cheddar slices that’ll melt and join the layers. Put another tortilla sheet over it, and add pizza sauce over the top. Spread some finely chopped mozzarella cheese on there, and some mushrooms and pepperoni slices.

Let it cook until you see the ingredients have melted. Top with basil leaves, and serve.

5. Tortilla crunchwrap supreme

I love a good crunchwrap supreme, and you probably do to. You’ll need a potato masher for this.

Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and throw some minced meat on the pan. Then begin using the potato masher to press down on the meat, and make sure you get the flatness and texture right.

Now for the tortilla. Take a tablespoon of sour cream and some sriracha sauce, then spread it evenly over the tortilla.

Once the minced meat is cooked enough, take some unagi sauce and spread it over the meat.

Use a spatula to spread the minced meat over the tortilla.

Layer some nachos over it, and some lettuce. Then follows some cheddar cheese, and marinated hot peppers. Man, it makes your mouth water just reading this recipe, huh?

Put a smaller tortilla over it, and fold the corners of the bottom one up into a proper wrap.

Fry on both sides until it’s all crispy, and now your prized Crunchwrap supreme is ready to be enjoyed. Cut it in half and serve.

Man, so many tortilla recipes to enjoy, but which one do you make first?
